We have professionally managed Home Owners Associations and Body Corporates for the past 30 years since 1996. Presently we are managing more than 140 Schemes. Our firm, as a leading Managing Agent, takes great pride in managing the Schemes under our management. Our mission is to provide the best service and quality advice to our clients. Our experience and understanding of the needs of the different Schemes enable us to deal professionally with the needs of each Scheme. We have developed our own software to comply with applicable legislation and the specific requirements set by our clients.
